  • Language-friendly support

Who we are

We are primarily a company of legal advocacy. Our goal is to help our clients be aware and take full advantage of their legal rights. Most clients do not know that they can file appropriate documents with the relevant entities and court systems to have access to their immigration rights in the United States of America. We help them navigate through the system by opening customer accounts for them where it is available and submitting online filing or if not applicable mail-in filings. We help them gather all the required documents and guide them through the whole process so they are not treated unfairly or they get denied and/or are punished just because they did not have the right information or resources to present and defend their cases. We chaperone them all the way to highest relevant authority. We also assist our customers the same way in other different legal issues like divorce filing, and or civil and criminal filings. Our mission is legal advocacy and we take it very seriously.

The Legal Chaperon Company. A non-profit company dedicated to providing low-income and indigent clients with immigration, and socio professional integration services.

We advocate for fairness, justice, and legal, economic, and social opportunity for all. We provide all low income and indigent communities with access to legal civil rights and social and economic opportunities as well as healthcare. We are passionate about making sure that none whom we encounter is unfairly deprived of existing legal, economic and social rights and opportunities due to their lack of understanding of the system and therefore unjustly harmed with unforeseen ramifications. Proper education and support can make all communities reach their full potential and be beneficial to each other.

To achieve our mission, we strive to:

  • Stand with our clients by providing the highest quality affordable or free support for individuals and families with legal, medical, educational, professional needs related to their due rights in an immigration, social and economic standpoint.
  • Champion legal advocacy in promoting fairness in the immigration system, the detention centers and the access to opportunities for all.
  • Educate and chaperon uneducated and/or new immigrants who are confused about the Justice system and the immigration system in the United States of America.
  • Listen to our clients and community to develop new approaches to advocate for their needs.
  • Collaborate with other religious or community organizations to extend our outreach and assist as many in need as possible.
  • Be on top of the latest immigration laws in order to optimize our services to the communities we serve.
